Debra Wickizer — President, Director and Owner
Debra Wickizer has been a licensed Real Estate Agent in the State of Utah since 1998, serving as the Vice President in charge of Professional Development for the Utah Association of Realtors® from 2003 to 2004. Debra has earned the National Association of Realtors® Certified International Property (CIPS) Specialist, Resort and Second-home Property (RSPS) Specialist, Graduate Realtor® Institute (GRI) and National Home Builders Association Certified New Home Sales (CSP) Specialist designations. Debra was elected by the citizens of Layton City, Utah (at the time, the fastest growing city in the State of Utah) for 3 terms (12 years) to serve on the Layton City Council from 1994 to 2002 specializing in economic and community development. She has also served as a director for the Davis Chamber of Commerce, a founding member of Davis Women in Business, a founder and President of the Layton Chapter of Business Network International, and a consultant for the HBJ Foundation.
Wayne Wickizer — Chairman of the Board, Director and Owner
Wayne Wickizer is a seasoned project leader and manager with more than 35 years experience in Military, Law Enforcement and Civic project education, organization and leadership. From 1970 to the present, his experience spans major case leadership and planning as an FBI Agent, global intelligence services planning and leadership as a United States Army Special Forces Intelligence Officer, leadership of Utah’s second largest annual celebration, and leadership and management of a humanitarian and welfare services production facility. Recently earned the Executive Certificate of Global Business Management. Earned a Masters Degree in Administration of Justice.
David Ray Carver — Vice President, Director and Owner
David Carver is an attorney and an accountant. For more than 20 years he has concentrated his practice in the areas of estate planning and business planning. He is the managing member in the law firm of Carver & West, L.L.C., which has law offices located in both Salt Lake City and Kaysville, Utah. For over 20 years, Mr. Carver has been a frequent guest speaker on investment planning, insurance planning, and tax planning. He has also given seminars on asset protection techniques. Mr. Carver has presented seminars throughout Utah as well as California, Arizona, Idaho, Wyoming, and Colorado.
William T. Sorensen — Director and Owner
William Sorensen is a template of success for young businessmen and community leaders. He is the owner, president, and operator of a successful oil field services company, and successful rancher, Black Angus breeder and beef producer.
Rondo Fehlberg — Director and Owner
Rondo Fehlberg is an independent business and legal consultant. Mr. Fehlberg is a licensed attorney who has spent much of his career in developing and managing new businesses. Prior to his current practice, Mr. Fehlberg held a variety of positions in sports administration, corporate management, international negotiations and law. From 1995 to 1999, he was Assistant Vice President and Director of Athletics at Brigham Young University. He also spent a year as Executive Director of Olympic Aid USA in connection with the 2002 Salt Lake Winter Games and served as Vice President of the Utah Olympic Parks. From 1985 to 1995, Mr. Fehlberg held management positions at Standard Oil, British Petroleum and Pennzoil in Denver, Houston, and London, most recently as Vice President of International New Business for Pennzoil. In these positions he directed the negotiation of a number of major international transactions with present values worth several billion dollars. From 1979 to 1985, Mr. Fehlberg practiced law with the Denver law firm of Davis Graham and Stubbs and served as in-house counsel to Standard Oil Company and British Petroleum. He is a member of the Colorado and Texas State Bars. He received his law degree from J. Reuben Clark Law School at Brigham Young University in 1979 and his Bachelor of Arts degree from Brigham Young University in 1976.

Alan Hall is the chairman of Weber State University’s board of trustees and the chairman of the University’s capital campaign committee, a trustee of the Intermountain Healthcare Foundation, chairman of Ogden Pioneer Heritage Foundation and chairman of Prosperity 2020, a business-led movement committed to enhancing Utah’s educational system through investment and innovation. He is an Ernst and Young and Mountain West Capital Network Entrepreneur of the Year recipient. He is also an author, newspaper columnist and frequent public speaker. He and his wife Jeanne are the chairman and president of the Hall Foundation. The mission of the foundation is that “there be no poor among us.” Alan and Jeanne Hall are the parents of six married children and sixteen grandchildren.
Tim Hunt is a serial entrepreneur with significant experience raising venture capital. He is currently a Co-Founder and President of Quick Request a location software company. He was the founder, CEO and chairman of the board for Lingotek, a company he sold in 2007. Tim was named to the v|Spring v|100 list of top entrepreneurs in Utah, in 2007, 2008 and 2010. He also was a co-founder of the University Venture Fund, which currently has over $18 million in managed investments run by students. He served as Vice-Chair of the Governor’s Office of Economic Development BRC board and as a board member of the Utah Technology Council where he co-chaired the Clean Tech Energy sector with Todd Stevens. He also has an MBA from the University of Utah.

Wayne Beeson is an independent business development contractor who specializes in starting and expanding enterprises through arranging profitable partnering relationships. He has lived and worked in Moscow, Russia where he was responsible for business development in Russia and the CIS countries (former countries of the Soviet Union). In addition, he has traveled and worked extensively in Asia. Mr. Beeson’s industry experience includes financial services (commercial lending and venture capital consulting), online marketing consulting, job skills education and certification, engineering and construction, and entrepreneur-based startup businesses in a broad range of industries. His education includes international studies (Soviet Union and Middle/Near East) and business at the University of Utah and Brigham Young University. He speaks Russian.

The entire spectrum of reporting is offered. Each reporting period, clients receive timely performance and investor reports, and capital account statements.
Willing to work with the designated Auditor and provide a full set of financial reports, including footnotes and corresponding work papers.
Client and Investor Portals
Financial statements, investor information, tax returns, and other data, including historical information will be delivered via a secure e-mail portal. This data will be communicated on a frequent, regular basis as agreed upon and directed by the client and investors. All historical content will also be securely stored for quick access by the preparer at the request of the client and investors. The portal will also provide a user-friendly channel for information and data to be relayed to the preparer.
